The restaurant tells the story about interaction of flora and fauna. The motif of the meadow winds through the interior highlighting the queen of the meadow. The chirping of the parrot Charlie conjures up a true sense of nature’s uniqueness and beauty.
The restaurant’s menu features cuisine that is popular around the world, as well as typical of Latvian cuisine and the local region.
We can especially highlight the Valmiera salad, the recipe which was created in 1969. This simple but hearty salad still has not lost its popularity among the local citizens.
The restaurant has a long-standing partnership with local farms, from which beef burger meat, organically grown turkey meat, pike perch from Lake Burtnieks, as well as cereals and vegetables are supplied.
